Hi Jen,

Your Mom is awesome and I just wanted to let her know we were beside ourselves with excitement. She was instrumental in changing my 2007 to a brighter one. I saw her for a couple days in a row and then I didn't see her and I missed her! My own mom is great too! Your mom and my mom are such sweet people, we are really lucky. You guys have been so nice, cordial and helpful to me and I really appreciate it. It's nice to work with realtors who are so kind and understand of one's needs and situation.

I am sooooo excited. As much as the kids were dismayed at not having master bedroom size bedrooms, I know they will get over it when its all decorated cute and its ours. I think its a great neighborhood, and the view makes it more than a regular tract home.

I am soooo excited about moving into this house. I do feel like I got a great deal and I feel that it was your Mom's expertise that pushed me forward into this purchase. It's the right thing to do. I can't wait to make it our home...and I feel grateful that I am able to get something as nice as this...

If you hadn't sent out those initial newspaper ads, we would not have reached our final buyer, and may have had to settle for less money. What you gained us by bringing the buyers our way, more than paid for your listing fee.  Plus, we had the advantage of knowing that all paperwork (whew! There's a lot of it!) and needed pre-selling inspections and treatments were handled in a timely fashion. Jen really knew where we should sign each form! It was actually a pleasant rather than a dreaded experience. We feel that our buyers got a great home, and we are completely satisfied with our selling price-along with how very smoothly the whole escrow process has gone.
